About the Quality Association PCM

Quality Association PCM was established in 2004 by leading international phase change material companies with the aim of ensuring the quality and performance of phase change materials. The association has established the industry standard RAL-GZ 896 and received recognition from the German quality certification body RAL in 2006. The association’s main activities include developing and revising quality standards, monitoring compliance, and promoting high-quality phase change materials through the issuance of the RAL quality mark. Additionally, the association actively promotes the application of phase change material technology to support energy saving, emission reduction, and renewable energy goals. As the most authoritative phase change material quality association globally, it currently comprises 14 top phase change material companies worldwide, continuously maintaining and enhancing industry quality standards.

We currently possess two core technologies: UltraST (high thermal-conductivity all-solid PCM) and MOFPoly (nano PCM microcapsule).

UltraST: High Thermal-Conductivity All-Solid PCM

UltraST (High Thermal-Conductivity All-Solid PCM) addresses the issues of low thermal conductivity and limited cycle life found in traditional phase change materials, while also overcoming the potential environmental and health risks associated with fluorination treatments used in the encapsulation process of conventional PCMs. This product completely eliminates leakage and phase separation risks inherent in liquid PCMs, and is fully fire-retardant, offering users more stable and durable performance assurance. UltraST provides reliable and advanced solutions for temperature control in industrial and commercial energy storage, building energy efficiency, cold chain logistics, and other fields.

MOFPoly: Nano PCM Microcapsule

MOFPoly technology has, for the first time, achieved mass-production-level stability and cost efficiency, filling a gap in the market.Under the same conditions, this technology can increase the heat flux density of cooling liquids by up to four times, significantly reducing heat exchange costs. It is widely applicable to temperature control needs in data centers, electric vehicles, energy storage batteries, textiles, and electronic devices.
